The soft spoken pro utilized two patterns to complete a wire to wire finish at the Lake of the Ozarks April 5-6. A 3/8 ounce jighead, tipped with a four inch Chompers Hula Grub and a large bladed spinnerbait were the weapons of choice for him. |

(Rogers AR) With the balmy 73 degree day, one would think that the fishing would be spring like, to match the weather. But even as most anglers struggled to find bass on Beaver Lake in the first Central Pro Am event of 2008, Rogers AR Pro David Frank relied on a typical late spring pattern to boat two solid limits of fish, and claim the $5200 first prize. “With the increased wind today, the water started to cloud up back in the creeks,” Frank mentioned during his victory speech. “I had bigger bites today, using a silver flake Super Fluke back in those creeks,” he finished |

(Kimberling City, MO) Sometimes it’s just meant to be. And one of those times came for Branson MO Pro Tim Sainato on Sunday at the 2007 Fall Pro Am Spectacular on Table Rock, as he claimed the top prize of $5750. Sainato, who recently lost his father, emotionally dedicated the victory to him as he thanked the crowd and the sponsors for their support. Sainato’s fish came on a drop shot rig in 50-60 feet of water, suspended over 100 feet. |
